Class Offerings
EmpowerHer Small Group Training
18+ and is a fun filled adult fitness class created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and working on stamina and performance. The groups have between 4-10 people with a coach that makes structured and adaptable programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored. This class will have you grow in confidence, and help you explore the best versions of yourself!
FierceFit Small Group Training
Ages 13-17 created to help set and grow a foundation of fitness that will carry on in their every day life. We focus on building strength, lean muscle as well as stamina and performance. The groups have between 4-10 people with a coach that makes structured and adaptable programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored. Best of all, this class will help you grow in confidence and allow you to explore the best version of yourself.
GirlPower Small Group Training
Ages 7-12 to create a fun foundation of fitness and strength/conditioning progression. No matter what the kids interest is, whether sports or in the arts, this class will help enhance their strength, coordination, body awareness, and most of all build their confidence. The small group setting allows for the trainer to oversee all movements so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and they'll never get bored.
Dancers Strength & Conditioning
Dancers are ATHLETES and require so much body awareness, control, strength, and stamina. This class will improve both the dancers strength and their conditioning allowing them to jump higher, have more controlled body alignment, and perform with more energy and presence. In addition, this class stresses the importance of injury prevention.
Dance Technique - Middle School
In this dynamic and empowering dance technique class, dancers will focus on refining their dance skills and mastering fundamental technique essential for middle school dance team tryouts, whether already on a team or trying out for one. Our experienced instructor having 10 years of professional dance team experience will guide each dancer through a comprehensive curriculum covering everything needed for tryouts.
Dance Technique - High School
